I have been following the Polity series of Bookstawa and it's just awesome. Thanks for such a good content. Apart from this, I have also bought the membership of the channel for polity series. I understand that it is not complete yet and most of the syllabus of Laxmikant is yet to be covered. I could have easily gone for some other course which is already complete. No sir without art 32 constitutional shall not be null and void because the same power have been given to High court of states also under art 226. Even article 226 has wider power than 32 because it deals with not only FMRs but also other legal rights. Thank you sir

I feel without article 32 constitution can be null... Because if in a case... No law has been made for such case... And also the High court has refused to take any action against as it's not compulsory (not comes under FR) for high court to check and go through that case... In such case constitution will become null...

Article 226 is not a FR. High courts can refuse to consider a writ petition unlike in case of Supreme courts under Article 32. Hence CoI will be null and Void without Article 32.

i think yes, without art 32 constitution will be null and void. because art 32 validates all the fundamental rights and gives power to supreme court to act accordingly and if for some reason this article is scraped then the supreme court will no longer hold any power to act against exploitation of the fundamental rights of the citizens. Therefore article 32 still has its importance as before. please correct me if I'm wrong.
