Sir I have one doubt.....in article 28 , an educational institution which is administered by the State but has been established under any endowment or trust , religious instruction shall be imparted in such institution...is it voluntary or compulsory?.... Let's consider a hypothetical situation, if a student get admitted in such institution and he doesn't want to take part in any religious instruction.
