im the opposite! i prefered when they just had 2 people as it differentiates House Rules from BGC. but can also see that it could be pretty limiting in terms of game options so maybe 2-4 players, 6 just feels too many!

The history behind it is that Sydney and Melbourne both wanted to be the capital, so they compromised and created a new territory specifically to be the capital. Canberra is also known as the ACT, Australian Capital Territory.
