It appears all electro cicins have a hidden ability that redirects all ranged attacks away from their summoner, which combined with Zhongli's Meteor having bad accuracy...

You can improve your chances of getting one of the achievement commissions by interacting with the NPC that gives it as Traveler. Since I added that to my daily routine, I get at least one NPC commission per day.

Those stupid achievement commissions suck and does anyone know how to actually get 5 signs or is it just random chance that you can't control cause the most I've gotten so far is 3

There are 5 signs. I think each commission gives 2 or 3 signs so you have to do this commission multiple times to unlock everything. I'm AR55 and I just got the achievement yesterday lol. There is also an achievement for ruining all the signs but god knows when I'll be able to unlock that.
