Every time y'all release a new track from this album, I'm further convinced that Shay is inhuman. How the hell does he get his vocals so elastic and kinetic yet still manage to retain its wistful and beautiful color... How goddamn lucky that he joined a band that can actually not just match his energy but amplify it. Honestly I hope to some day hear a AL track that's just Jon's keys and Shay's voice, it might make me weep.
