That's called "galloping", one of the foundations and cornerstones of thrash metal genre. And in my opinion the most important part of it. I like the galloping riff in 1:14 - 1:24 a bit more tho.

Neeh man, there are better bands than Artillery. They are not even in the best 4 Technical Thrash Metal bands (Coroner, Forbidden, Annihilator and Toxik). Sepultura is amazing but they are not pure Thrash Metal, more like Deathrash and Groove Metal
