Words can't explain. I saw and met Metallica months before on the Ride the Lightning tour. Great show, but Dave and the crew... We'll let's say.. I like both back then, but that Megadeth show changed my life... I played guitar years before I saw those bands, yet Dave has that style that says.. melt your face! Oh and business is good btw!

My early catch was seeing Rush for a Dollar and 02 cents in the seventies . It was a promotional concert for WLRS 102 ( Dollar , two concert ) in Louisville , Kentucky . I also saw Pat Travers play in bar in Mt. Dora Florida not a few miles from where Randy Rhoads died in that horrible plane crash . Too bad we lost Randy so early .... Good Mourning / Black Friday Megadeth Hey, I don't feel so good. Something's not right, Something's coming over me What the fuck is this? Killer, intruder, homicidal man If you see me coming run as fast as you can. A bloodthirsty demon who's stalking the street I hack up my victims like pieces of meat. Blood thirsty demon, sinister fiend, Bludgeonous slaughters, my evil deeds. My hammer's a cold piece of blood lethal steel, I grin while you writhe with the pain that I deal. Swinging the hammer, I hack through their heads, Defiant defiler, you're next to be dead. I unleash my hammer with sadistic intent. Pounding, surrounding, slamming through your head, yeah! Their bodies convulse in agony and pain. I mangle their faces 'til no features remain. A blade for the butchering, I cut them to shreds. First take out the organs then cut off the head. The remains of their flesh now sop under my feet. One more bloody massacre, the murder's complete. I seek to dismember, a sadist fiend. And bloodbaths are my way of getting clean. I lurk in the alleys, wait for the kill I have no remorse for the blood that I spill. A merciless butcher who lives underground. I'm out to destroy and I will cut you down. I see you and I'm waiting for Black Friday Killer, intruder, homicidal man If you see me coming run as fast as you can. A bloodthirsty demon who's stalking the street. I hack up my victims like pieces of meat. I lurk in the alleys, wait for the kill. I have no remorse for the blood that I spill. A merciless butcher who lives underground. Nobody comes close to playing this like Chris - not even Chris can do it! That intro lead tone is my all time favourite

Afortunadamente.

My favorite Megadeth song from my favorite Megadeth album. Chris Poland's lead style is the epitome of the Megadeth sound. Sorry Marty.
@TheGuitarmaster19906 жыл бұрын
Couldn't agree with you more man, everyone rides Marty's dick. I like Chris's leads a lot more they seem to have more depth to them, first lineup best lineup IMO, Gar (RIP) and Chris together cant be beat 🤘

Couldn’t agree with u guys more. Don’t get me wrong Marty is amazing but I feel Poland’s playing touched my soul. First lineup was the best
