It depends on the need. Personally I like the 24" The light source is a bit bigger overall and has slightly more coverage.

Instead of explaining what a beauty dish does maybe you should explain what mounts it's available in? I cannot find that info anywhere!

A straight forward questions would suffice. This is a video about beauty dish and you might be aware of what it is but others may not. Also mounting compatibility, which is universal on these, is ancillary to what this light modifier does. As far as mount goes, because of the ring you can use it with any flash system. If you go to their website to order, it will ask you what flash / mounting system you use. And it will shipped with that ring.

@@ArtIsRight it doesn't work that way in the European market. It's widely sold and marketed by a few retailers and on the SMDV website it clearly states that 3rd party mounts are available as optional extras yet I cannot see anywhere where these adaptors are sold. I am using a Godox AD300 with a Bowens mount attachment.
