Thumbs down for the wastefull desperate man. Economic impact of art like this is the planets problem. Humans problem. Make something by creating useless wall art. Humans need food and water to survive. The rest of what we do either takes or destroys food and water for others. No doubt about it. So go ahead. Let's just destroy every thing so we can build more. Those accidental spills are not accidental they are not random. They are specific shapes, shades, etc which may take years to complete.
