What caused me to choose this video was the color scheme, I had a migraine and needed to avoid bright colors and glaring whites like a blank canvas. I watched this whole video and enjoyed it all because it was slow and peaceful and dark when I was in too much pain to do anything else. Thank you.

Love this format. Learned so much. Could I ask specifically what colors you use on your pallet. (Which blue, which green, etc) Trying to figure out the perfect pallet for me :)

Titanium white, yellow ocher, cadmium yellow pale, cadmium orange, cadmium red medium, alizarin crimson, burnt Siena, burnt umber, chromium green, ultramarine blue.

A bit of mineral spirits in the beginning, then pure linseed oil as a medium.

I use a bit of terpenoid in the beginning for the sketch. But mostly just linseed oil.

I enjoyed the process. One comment (I sometimes teach those 'paint night acrylic thingys) I get a little tilted when I work too long from an angle allowing for viewers/students to have full perspective. I think your glass got just a bit tilted while respecting your camera.

Yeah, I film these on an angle, so the camera is not in my way, then stretch the footage out to be square in post. Somewhere along that process some perspective must have gotten messed up. But to be fair, the drawing of the glass is not that great. Good eye!
