It's so true what Walton said about animals being so much smarter than we thought/think.

I have been fascinated with his work for a while now. His authenticity in speaking and working leaves me in even greater admiration for his approach to execution of a vision I admire.

It is amazing that two brothers could be so talented and both being so close to nature. I never knew about his younger years, only that his Dad was an avid trout fisherman. We never knew about the dark side.

Hauntingly beautiful paintings by an honest soul. Need those notes - It's not going to happen like that, or that either. Thank you for following & sharing your talent, Walton.

What to say about Walton? Brilliant on every level and humble to boot. I have had the privilege to see/hear him a few times deliver lectures and observations of his practice but this extended interview reveals so much more than his paintings. I could go on, but why? He has said it all here.

Wonderful interview. Looking forward to his children's book! Also interested in who made the music that inhabited this video.

I feel the same way that he does about the land. Of course I know all of us can't do that we have to have a place to live. But I live on an undeveloped piece of property and I hope to keep it that way. The animals the right to live also in a way that they supposed to freedom in their own environment.. for those of us that can and will keep the land untouched for future Generations.

What an amazing video! I fell in love with Walton's work at a huge NY gallery. The epic size of his beautiful watercolours are truly incredible and I would possibly sell my car for one. A wonderful person and an exceptional artist.

This guy has grown so much over the years. I have his book. Love it, but I keep it away from young eyes. Mr. Walton is no prude.

I don't know the right way to hold a brush. Who is it that knows how to hold a brush better than the one that's doing the painting? LOL. Hold the brush the way you want to uncomfortable to you in (your o w n hand.) and paint the way you want to. Who knows it might turn out better and the person that says how to hold a brush. LOL..... what makes him or her an authority and how to hold a brush not the whole world should obey. LOL...?
@jeanmichelbasquiat44449 ай бұрын
I'm surprised you guys actually give a real painter/artist with actual talent some publicity. Usually the artworld hates artists that have painting technique and know how to paint. 95% of famous so called artists today don't even know how to hold a paint brush.

his visual style all seems to come from one German painter ( S.M.) a woman who traveled to Suriname in the 17th century ( and discovered metamorphosis )
