sometimes i get disappointed how Filipino food small businesses starts.... at first it's terrific, delicious and you want to come back if you are in the area... recommend to other friends... but then down the line it slowly detoriarate, smaller portions, quality is not there anymore.... and jacking up their prices.... I get frustrated with this way Filipinos run their business... they lost patronage by doing this.... people will demand quality products anytime.... thanks for sharing.

I live in Japan for 30years and my husband is Japanese,my advice is,dagdag mo ang tonkatsu na may itlog and sibuyas at shoga yaki ang sauce is luya na sweet ang lasa,natikman nyo na ba yon? O kaya karaage with vegetable salad ,im kapampangan lahat alam kong iluto yan.More power to you.

Sa food business retail, malaki talo mo kung di ikaw ang may ari ng resto biz place. Napakamahal ng rental space, binubuhay mo lang mall owners or building owner. Kaya walang tumatagal sa food business more than 5 years, lalo na mga franchise owners.

If you don’t mind and If you allows me to suggest one good tips, ‘ deep frier’ might be good to separate from seafoods.
