It’s a cheap Chinese grinder we sell, $550, they are fantastic for the price. All the features of a mazzer mini at 70% less😂

Artisti Coffee Roasters. Nice, thanks for the recommendation! Dumb question - I have a Commandante MK3. Could I hand grind coffee for a Linea Mini until I can afford an automatic grinder or is that non-advisable. I know I’ll be cranking a while but that’s not an issue.

Hey Luke, just wondering why you don’t put your coffee grounds in the garden, rather than the green waste?

You can put them in the garden, for sure. You do need to break it down with some other compost as it can be very high in nitrogen. Not all plants like straight coffee ground. Personally, I’m not great at gardening so I love chip bark mulch to cover my weeds.😂

That Linea Mini looks fantastic but I don't have $6000 to spare! I would bet my $900 Silvia v3 makes espresso just as good.

That would be interesting! A lot of it depends on the grinder too. Even if the Mini ultimately produces a better espresso, I still can't imagine it producing coffees that are $5100 better in terms of taste. It would certainly make them faster though having 2 boilers.

@@thibodaux3424 Yea but you’re also paying for overall quality. I’d be willing to bet the Linea Mini could last 15+ yrs at least. Totally agree that grinder is almost more important though

I still don't think great espresso = big investment. I've had my Silvia since 2009 and have never had a single issue. I regularly maintain it of course but the build quality is definitely there.
