Thanks for the video. Just for sharing useful information, those numbers on the handles are a counter for how many times you can fill your tank with one water filter. once you reach the end you should replace your filter.

I'm pretty torn between this machine and the Sanremo Cube R. Prices are quite similar in my country around 1700€. Will adding flow control to the Cube provide a similar experience to the Bianca?

Great video! I am trying to decide between the Bianca and the Linea Micra. I have watched so many videos but none of them directly compare the Bianca and Micra side by side. Is it possible for you and your team to do some type of comparison between the two machines? I suspect that a lot of us are narrowing our searches down to these two machines. Any comparisons would be extremely helpful. Thank you!

Ok it would be in the new year, basically the micra had a bigger rear boiler, app control and smaller in size with and integrated front boiler group for better temp stability , the Bianca has smaller boilers but flow control and no app control and e61 variable water temp from loss of water path

@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters Another option I am considering is spending a bit more and bumping up to the Linea Mini and really thinking long term. The Bianca has a lot of features and people really like it, so it's very difficult to narrow the decision down considering there's such a huge price spread between the Bianca, the Micra, and then the Mini.😁

I had a lelit bianca...amazing machine. now I have a La Marzocco Micra....so fast to became ready, so little power consumption, so easy to handle.....i prefer the la marzocco but i had 2 amazing years with lelit bianca...

These are the two machines I am comparing for an upgrade to my Gaggia Classic Pro. It is so hard to decide. Price isn’t a concern. I am purely looking at performance, features, reliability, longevity, and aesthetics. I want it to look really nice in my kitchen and I will most likely plum it in. They are both really nice looking in different ways. Now that you have had both, would you ever get another Bianca or is the Micra that much better? I really like the idea of the fast warm up and consistency of the Micra, plus the La Marzocco history and reputation.

@@chriskvikstad4980 Lelit bianca is like a game. you have the paddle to experiment. But after 2 years I understand that if you prepare a perfect puck you only need to grind finer or less to have the correct extraction for different coffee and then the marzocco became the king. Lelit bianca is very very slow......the coffe are so good on both with for me a little more texture with la marzocco. So if you like the italian coffee La amrzocco in in another leaguel. If you like high origin coffee that need slow extraction the Bianca can help....

I think there is a mistake in this video; you get 3 different baskets. I think attached to the portafiters is a 15-18g and 18-21g basket (not exactly sure on the grams).

You get 2 on the same larger ones and a single basket as well and a blind

Can the Lelit Bianca handle a coffee cart for pop-ups or farmer's market with a target of less than 60 cups a day? Can it comfortably do at least 4 cups back to back lattes? Portability is my priority for pop-ups with the ability to use the machine if I decide to expand to a small cafe before eventually upgrading to a double group commercial machine for a fixed setup down the road. This is a lot cheaper than a Linea Mini in my area and figured it may be a good middle ground for light commercial use. The Elizabeth was an option also cheaper also by 40% but figured spending more on the Bianca might be a better investment. Your thoughts will be greatly appreciated.

I spent a bit less on my non-v3 bianca, likely due to being in the eu and it being 2020. Only thing i don't really like about it is the drip tray which is improved on the newer models, mine was also delivered with a sticky group lever. The overall quality i think is not as high as an ECM Synchronika, and this price point (5K AUD) is comparable to the ecm price here. With similar features (wood accents and flow profiling) the ECM is a less feature rich but higher build quality item.

The new accessory kit has i think now branded IMS baskets, the cloth i got did scratch the stainless finish.

I’m in the UK and been eyeing one as an upgrade to my Sage (Breville) Dual Boiler. The price in the UK is up to £2100 - which I think works out around $4200AUD. So -$5K seems very steep….

Yep, $4,999 is the full RRP. We currently have it available on our site for $4298. We're also a whole lot further away from Italy than you are in the UK so extra freight costs are usually incurred on Italian made machines :)

@ totally get the point about shipping that distance. Also, I’m aware that the £-$ exchange rate is very favourable to us Brits currently. While visiting family in NSW last year, I bought a new Apple Watch, and my wife got a new iPhone - we saved ££ on the exchange rate (and got the GST back of course as well).

The V3 was released in 2022 and I'm not sure if you can tell the different models apart by SKU's etc. Probably easier to compare the features and enhancements to determine which one you're looking at. In the case of the Lelit Bianca V3, the updates include enhancements like: Improved temperature stability through software and PID tuning. Better pre-infusion control with more flexibility to fine-tune the brewing process. Advanced flow profiling capabilities for baristas who want precise control over extraction. Minor ergonomic or design changes, like refinements in the steam wand or drip tray. Hope that helps :)
