I tried to seal the foil with a final layer of final coat and it removed some of the foil! What did I do wrong?

Use a sewing seam ripper to cut the stitches! Less chance of cutting the hat!

If i want to burn my hat for a design should i do it after i foil it? Really pretty

Ok here is my dumb question... why would you use the final coat for step one instead of Bondago??? I have some hats that i haven't tried and im glad i didnt cause i think i would have messed it up because thats probably what i would have grabbed as my 1st step. I may just need to learn better when to use what product for what type of item i guess.

You could use Bondago as well we just know more of our customers have Final Coat handy - Clear Bondago can be used in place of Final Coat for the first layer or a colored Bondago if you need to change the color first.

I have tested with a second layer of Bondago Clear and you could tell that it wasn't absorbing in like the first layer.

pretty side is the carrier side and should always be facing up, the transfer side is the backside and usually is silver or a solid color.
