It's A Sacrifice

Far too often we throw around the word "love". We love a specific food or a movie. We "love" a lot of things. We use that word so much that maybe we don't understand truly what the word means when we use it toward another person. If we connect the dots appropriately, the Bible tells us through scripture that love, true Godly love, is a sacrifice. That in order to love someone the way Christ loves us that we have to put our will aside and show grace, mercy, and compassion towards another. So lets put ourselves aside and truly love someone this week

To me, there's three different kinds of love. Godly love, romantic love, and brotherly love. They are three distinct different types of love. The love that you need the most in your life is godly love. Then comes brotherly love. Then comes romantic love. To truly understand what love is, you need to experience the godly love. Once you experience the godly love. You can show brotherly love. Once you love god and once you love man. You can then have a romantic relationship. Sometimes it takes a very long time to get that godly love. But once he experience it, it changes your life. I honestly don't feel it too often, but I felt it in the past. Most of the time when I needed it the most. I don't like the world that I live in. But I love everyone in the world. Sometimes I'll get angry and say things I don't mean. That's kind of a part of being human. But that doesn't mean I don't love you.
