Jost , let me start by saying I have a nickname for you, i call you SPACE , I hope you take that as an awesome compliment because you are the real deal when it comes to never over playing in certain situations ,every song I listen to,you leave so much space in your playing which also reflects on the musicians statement LESS IS MORE 👌👏👍 you have a great style and technique a great sounding drum kit beautiful cymbals and the ability to bring out such great musical taste in your style , I’ve been listening to your playing for a few years and your one of my favorite drummers now ,keep the videos coming,and teach others what SPACE can do

nice honest interview, yeh agree with the hotrods, I’ve done it, but yeh also hated it, it’s like being forcibly handicapped and your rudimentary stuff struggles, like asking a guitarist to tape their fingers together.
