I feel like Burrow is super underutilized and is one of the things that has untapped potential to develop in the future of the game, like Queens, Darchons, and Firebats. I saw an old Jaedong game where he got an insane Zealot surround using burrow like the campaign zerg

Zerg isnt going to get air upgrades vs BCs or Terran in general. Sniping the Spire just delayed the scourge.

Why don't SK Terrans ever wall base entrances with Rax (Mobile 1k hp wall), and a bunker. Two buildings that infantry can walk through and zerg cant. 2bats and lings cant runby..

Why don’t more zergs spread out overlords along the outskirts of the map in this matchup to see drops coming? Especially once you know they aren’t going valks ?

Because they can easily be caught and killed since it is typical for TvZ matchup that terrans have a solid map control after the +1 upgrade and vessels until defilers and upgraded ultrarisks come out. Also it is unusual to have that speed upgrade of overlords for zergs in TvZ because they needs those gases for more important purposes like armor upgrades, techs, or gas-heavy units like defilers, mutas, lurkers, and ultrarisks. Or maybe they are just not capable to do such thing since TvZ matchup is the most micro-heavy matchup in Starcraft.

Total noob question, but how would SC1 be if they just changed a few QoL things around spellcasters to be more in line with modern games? Like only 1 cast per click while selecting a group of vessels/templars/defilers/etc.

It would be a very different game. Spellcasters would be far more powerful, and for that reason, so would dark archons. And terran would be megafucked, cause ghost and medic spells would still suck even with that upgrade.
