I loved this song until I heard it translated 😔 I’m an Aussie married to a Finn. I spent my entire adult life in Finland. It has so much going for it, as a country, on paper, but my god! Finland is hard for a foreigner. Nobody ever laughs. People look at you like you’ve got two heads if you speak to them. I’m glad I moved home with my kids, free education and all, it’s just not a happy place. Sorry Finland 🇫🇮

Thats right i have lived there and my friends many live therr, DONT HYPE FINLAND , because those KZbin people qho say how cute and nice it is AND THEY ARE NOT LYING! But they dont know that thruth is its so bad..? Politicians are corrupted and so dangerous and depressing Country i know 3 Finland friends qho have committed euthanasia, at exit bag Because Corruption prevent peoples choice prime ministers Etc earn filty money but dont care About people dying in dignity. I can see why you feel that way. We Finns are very private and reserved, and we don't like to show our emotions in public. It can take a long time for us to warm up to "outsiders", regardless of their language or origin. A nation of introverts, it's not for everyone. Finns can get the opposite of what you felt when we leave the country, the friendliness of people can seem fake and invasive. I'm sad that you didn't get to see the joyful side of us, but I assure you it's there, hidden under all the layers. I hope I can someday visit Australia to see the other side of the coin, so to speak. 😊
