Arturia MIDI Control Center software for the MicroBrute (and others!)

In this video I demonstrate some of the uses of the MIDI Control Center software. I focus mainly on the MicroBrute in this video. But it appears to be applicable to the other Arturia hardware devices as well.

I had the same update issue with Arturia Keystep Pro. I updated my windows to the most recent patch and then I had no problem . Do try that

Hi How can I Sync the tempo of the sequencer if I would like to use it into a program like mixcraft for example

So you want the MB sequencer to get it's tempo from another device? Or drive the other device with the MB sequencer?

When I adjust the "Sequencer Step"... nothing happens. Any idea why this would be? It plays the sequence at the same speed no matter what setting I have it at.

​@@MrFulphiller I reinstalled the old firmware. This option doesn't work exactly, but instead now it has mapped out 1/4 on the bottom left of the Brute tempo clock, 1/8 on the top left quadrant, 1/16 on the top right, and 1/32 on the bottom right quadrant. It receives clock from Ableton or my SP-404 okay, but the "gate in" from the "sync out" on my Volca is still wonky and will only do 1/8th notes.

@@briansanders3860 anybody found a solution to this? im trying to sync my MB to Volca Sample, but can't change de sequencer steps

@@babydemonlab I was never able to get them to play nice with each other. My solution at the time was to slave the brute to the clock of my SP-505 and adjust the volca sample tempo separately. I have a completely different setup now and don’t have them anymore.

@@briansanders3860 Thanks for your response! I found indeed that the sequencer step doesnt work while getting the tempo from Gate In. So i ended up just hooking everything to my daw individually.

how do you save changes in the settings?

You don't have to actively hit a save button or anything. If you make a change, it just stays there. Sort of like Windows 10 in the settings screens. I had the same thought as you when I first got into this program.
