So if it sends a clock signal to the TB303 that means that the TB303 runs in time with the beatstep but uses it's own Sequencer ? Could the sequencer on the TB303 do this bassline in this advert using it's own sequencer or would it run out of steps ?

can you turn off the quantization of the real time recorded sequences in the arturia beat step pro. Does it only record sequences that match to the 16 step grid? or does it have a "flux" or "quantized off "mode? Because for me sequences recorded only within the quantized steps is very very limiting. thinking about ordering one soon but I'm very concerned about this limitation.

Run E , yes, for each step you can control pitch, gate length and velocity (for Sequencer 1 & 2), and gate length, velocity and shift (for drums).

SLBD0000000 Shift is only for drum tracks. We have three knob modes per sequencer, and the melodic sequences need to have Tune. The shift on drums is per pad, like velocity or gate time.
