Mark, your comments always make me smile! The ocean is a Siren, for sure. I love it, as long as I don't think about what's swimming in it...lol. Yes, I loved what I did. From the moment I decided to apprentice until I retired, it was interesting. Oh, the stories I could tell ..lol. The coolest thing to me though, is teaching Mike about good meat and how to enjoy a great steak!! Flank steak, short ribs, filet, mmmmmm. Friday it was so cold, I made a tasty chuck roast !! ❤❤❤
