I have 2 Access point which is in different different place and configured in cluster, Dynamic VLAN working when I authenticate through Master Access point, but its not working when I authenticate through slave access point

Do I need to add a Radius Client instance for each AP on my network?

You don't. The Aruba Instant Cluster will dynamically proxy RADIUS so that all requests appear to come from the VC
