My upgrade says Received no response from server. Any thoughts ?

after upgrade im not getting image upload option. it onlys shows url upgrade which is not working at all. why it is so? i used standard instead of conservative. now when i try to upgrade it says retireve image failed

Could it be that you have multiple types of Access Points in your network? For example a mix of AP-215 and AP-225? You will only see the upload button if there is a single AP type in the cluster. The URL upgrade does work if you download the images from support and then put them on an internal web server (and use that location as the URL) where the Instant APs can get the firmware from.
