Nice! Couple of suggestions. No need to boil the vermicelli separately. Just roast them in the phanna and add hot water to it just enough to cover it. Cover and cook till water dries. This becomes yummier and non sticky. For non sour curd just mix milk and curd in equal quantity 1 hour before serving. Then add to the mixture just before serving.
