Fantastic match between two power players with very different styles.

Where have you been? He's already moving up all the time. It's always fantastic when a player from a country that has never made their mark on the sport at the highest level enters the fray. The more nations who reach the top level of the sport, the better. I love it. You can use the conversation about him to see who the real racists are too. Just sit back and wait for someone to talk about how great it is for him to be the first black guy in TT to do this or that. That person who talks about how great it is, IS the real racist. It means they see black people as something "other". If you're not racist, then the fact that he's the first BLACK person doing something in the sport should never register to you because that means nothing. It's like saying he's the first person with a mole on their arse to do something in the sport.

@@ttjesus4959 uhhh you should celebrate diversity, have discussions about it. Not ignore it and act like it's not there. That is how you make progress as a whole.

What a brilliant match to watch! Fight to the absolute end and proof again that at this level, every single point is the difference between winning or losing.

Falck let Aruna back into the match several times. He is not consistent enough to control the points. Falck got to open first with topspin, he should control the table. Lucky to win in the end.

Is it me, or Aruna's forehand looks super deadly? It seems that most players keep playing to his backhand because they fear his forehand.
@chronos40553 жыл бұрын
And now his backhand has improved, he has a very solid game right now

His forehand is deadly, but not consistent enough to beat chopper or pips players

what's up with the Swedish players,,, throwing the racket is maybe a thing there whenever things don't go in their favour. Trul about a month ago and now Falck. Geee,, get some manners first guys, control yourself. I know everyone is human, but pros are pros, and amateurs are amateurs. it's a shame Aruna couldn't teach him a lesson in this match.
