Bhagavan Sri Ramana Maharshi's Aksharamanamalai (The Marital Garland of Letters) inspires intense devotion in the heart of countless seekers. The refrain Arunachala Shiva permeates the 108 verses, a chant that is at once the Guru, God and the One Reality that the Maharshi abided in.
This chant, the last piece in Ramana's concerts often evokes deep feeling from members of the audience. Many have asked for an extended version of the same. Here it is for 20 minutes.

I had brain stroke in 2018 when I was 35 and unfortunately doctors after doing all the tests said they couldn't find the root cause why I got brain stroke...when I was in hospital I was all fine but the moment I came to my home I started getting anxiety for every small thing and it's been three years and I am still having issues one or other...recently I have put rudraksha which sadguru is giving and after wearing it and I hold it and chant arunachala shiva I feel so much better..previously I used to fall into thoughts loop and used to get scared and stop eating and sleeping but when. I hold rudraksha and chant arunachala Shiva now I am able to come out of the loop n lead my life..anxiety is still der but I have put the complete load on shiva and baba and moving forward..hope I will get all well soon with the blessings of Sai and shiva...om namah shivaya..very powerful mantra
