Changlang district ka Miao or Diyun and Namsai district ko Assam se mila dena hai, q ki yea area me tribal population to bacha he nai hai, and Arunachal Pradesh is tribal state where only indigenous tribal people have right to own a land, but in Namsai district, Diyun and Miao, the majority of areas has own without ST, PRC, ILP by Adivasi, Chakma and Hojong(refugees), Deories, Assamese people etc, so how can we consider this areas as a indigenous tribal land were majority of land has own by outsiders and refugees people's which is not seen in any other parts of Arunachal like Namsai dist, Diyun and Miao, so for the intrest of indigenous tribal people of Arunachal, the State Government should consider and give this region to Assam, because this region is not protected area anymore like the other parts of Arunachal. And all know that the tribals people's looks r different from non-tribal, but in Namsai the KHAMTI tribal people looks are quite similar with Assamese, Bengali, Adivasi etc, actually infact they are non-tribal, but they married with non-tribal and giving them a tribal status and consider her husband and sons as KHAMTI tribe, that's why 40 percent of Khamti people's look like non-tribal, like example, see DCM, and in Arunachal Pradesh the tribal Girls or women who got married with non-tribal most is Khamti, Tangsa and Singpho.
