Great video mate. Nice to see a running video on you tube with the struggles and exactly how hard it is. I'm doing the GNR this year and unbelievably got in on the ballot. Hope I'm not pushing myself too far this year, doing the London landmarks half marathonin April, Birmingham great run in May, something in August and then GNR. F#co times, just want to enjoy them all.

Ah mate I feel this pain lol my treadmill broke twice and it ruined my schedule. Also weather near mine was thick of ice. Running is one of the most euphoric things ever but people don’t talk about how hard it is to get out sometimes! Thank you for this

Watching this with only 4 weeks till the day till the 2021 gnr I'm buzzing, had a terrible first few months of 2021 with no training cause of my knee but had a solid 10 weeks training now so can't wait!

A brilliant running documentary of the love for the Great North Run but also of the battle for fitness and motivation, something that every runner tends to experience at times. Long awaited.. and i'm late to the party on watching it but this was well worth the wait, kudos on this, it's brilliant, you should be proud of this! Im sure it'll inspire more people to do GNR. I've done it once and always said I've experienced it once and probs wouldn't do it again. i've also been a spectator too. I found the course really crowded and it was super hot so I can't say I enjoyed myself very much but maybe thats an excuse to enter again and have a redemption race xD
