Arvato Supply Chain Solutions in Heijen provides all e-commerce fulfillment for Rituals Cosmetics. Fast growth and an ever-changing market meant they needed a swift upgrade to keep up with an ever-changing market and the growth of e-commerce.
The two companies were looking for an e-commerce fulfilment system able to handle a peak output of more than 25,000 orders per day. Arvato also wanted one system integrator with one software system that controls all other systems and provides feedback to the WMS.

Hi, interesting system. very good job done. I have a question about AutoStore's ability of dealing with hazard products. This case, Ritual, which has a lot of flammable SKU (spray for example) I could imagine. Did it raise any concern about safety and how could AutoStore system cope with that?

The dangerous products (flammable and aerosol) are stored in a specific area, a bunker with fire doors. At minute 1:06 you can see the bunker on the left
