Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Friday claimed that there is a "succession war" going on in the BJP and that Prime Minister Narendra Modi is clearing the path for Union Home Minister Amit Shah to take over as his successor.
In an exclusive interview to India Today TV's Preeti Choudhry after coming out of jail, Kejriwal said that there was an "ugly succession war within the BJP and the PM has removed all big leaders to clear the way for Amit Shah."

Aare chimpu poora toh likkha karr - Delhi prisons comes under the administrative control of Delhi government. Kejriwal's colleague ,Kailash Gahlot, is the minister of prisons. While all jail officials are Delhi government employees, the prison chief ( director general) is a senior IPS officer who reports to the lieutenant governor. If he had the power, wo pehle apne aap ko nikalwa nahi leta?

Now, where is the Apex court's Hon'ble Justices' special conditional bail holding effectiveness? it was specifically permited for campaigning for his party but he is using this conditional presence out of jail to naarate his personal saga ( against the set legal process he is into) instead of campaigning!! if that is his tryst, then he should have argued his case vehemently narrating all these saga before the Hon'ble bench of the Apex court and secured permanent bail and then narrated all his personal agenda to public through media. To cut long story short, this man has and continues to breach the codition of his bail relief and the same should be mentioned appropriately by the prosecution before the Hon'ble bench to take cognizance and dispense suitable punishment as the law warrants...

this is debatable that who control tihar jail .. DG of Tihar jail is appointed by Lt Governor of Delhi (on recommendation of state Police Board or some authority not sure.. ) We all know how good Lt.
