I think it's going into the flow (1) TR (2)HR (3) Managerial - she performed well as a fresher.She well and good in TR. But in last two round she is average according to me. It's true she is confident.despite of her nervousness, she singley handled every panellist. #Sir Keep Updating such mock interview with good sets of TR Que. HR Que. Surely it will help me and viewer's too.

Sir as you are hiring head of institute, you better know the hiring algorithm for 2k23.i also placed in top mnc( on campus opportunity) but only one offer in hand, is it safe or i should go for off campus, is it worthy to prepare myself for interview bcz i Heard companies freezed thier hiring, and pseudo hiring notification releasing for off campus people as currently they don't want to hire fresher

Sir why companies are hiring from the previous mark 10th and 12th I think one company should see the IT background like 12th 4th optional should be IT or Computer science BSC in (comp.sc) or BCA. Am just studying MCA 1st year and see that eligible criteria of must of most of the companies are previous year mark basic . I also have poor mark in 12th but I can better than student who have completed there BSC in physics / math / biology and enters to MCA and got paid
