I swear if remake ever trying whitewash Arvis that definitely not going well. He has too much "did wrong" to be forgiven. Also please give Deirdre an agency so we can like her.

This is just how I see it, but given that the remake needs to make the game less tedious, the least they could do with Deirdre is have her give Sigurd a magical item thay allows him and his army to teleport from one seized castle to another. Something like the Return Ring, but more like a portal between castles and everyone can use it. That way, it feels like she plays a major part in helping Sigurd, and later Seliph, succeed even if she's not there for them. Gives her more to do than child bearing and being a low movement unit available for only one chapter.

@@CountShaman funny that i have weird thought yesterday about Manfroy instead kidnaping and robbed her memories he clones Deirdre giving real Deirdre to Arvis and clones one to Sigurd or vice Versa....silly thought really... Anyway serious talking Arvis x Deirdre cannot be avoided as much disgusting that is it because the plot important for game but i think remake can make it slightly "bearable" by demonize Arvis x Deirdre like Oosawa manga. I don't like the game implication that had Julius never possesed Deirdre would stay with Arvis and happily married to him its like the tragedy not Deirdre separated from Sigurd and Seliph but Julius possessed by Loptous and ruining everything.
