Hamza siddique sach me sister aajkal videshi khano ko tawazo de rahey hai desi khane ko Unhealthy bata rahey hai sab kuch moderation me khao calorie deficit me raho physically active raho exercise karo eat healthy, & clean ye kya fankey it does not promote healthy weight loss kuch din chod dogey phir so khaney lagogey to weight vapas aa jayega better eat clean & in moderation India me bhi bhtt low calorie diet k trend chal raha which is not gud health should b priority

پتہ نہیں یہ اوٹ پٹانگ طریقے کس نے بنائے۔ اس کی عمر میں ہم سب کچھ کھاتے تھے۔ کام کرتے،پیدل چلتے اور خوش رہتے تھے۔ کبھی مٹاپا چڑھا ہی نہیں۔ بچے بھی ہوئے تو بھی اسمارٹ رہے۔ ہر چیز کھائی اعتدال میں اور سب کام خود کیے۔
