No, you don't need a DAC.

Hello, the arylic claims that the amplifier can be connected to a PC via usb-c. My PC does not have this port, will it work with a computer via data cable usb-c - usb-a?

The USB-C is the end that connects to the Arylic. The other end of the cable is standard USB-A so you can use it directly with your PC.

The best balanced iem is a single sound with no brightness at all. I do not want the sound of drums and a sharp explosion. I want every layer balanced without a drop in sound. It is suitable for all KZbin movie music. I want a budget nomination under $100.
