I’m so happy for Sabalenka. She’s such a fighter and has improved her game so much over the years. She was so close last year and she completely deserves this. The New York crowd was also awesome to her. The fans were genuinely happy for her when she fell to the floor and gave her the ovation she deserved in the biggest tennis stadium in the world. I’m really glad she got to have that moment! I hope she gets many more. I just love her. Congratulations! 🎉

Remembering when Aryna failed repeatedly to win titles and breaking down afterwards, for making so many errors, I have always felt for her, her metal struggles. My heart sunk after her loss at the 2022 Finals to C. Garcia, she was bawling. Many people refused and ignored that her mental weaknesses was the reason for her losses, even after I had stated repeatedly if she can overcome or control them, she would beat anyone. Soon afterwards she stated she was very focused on doing just that and guess what? She then won the AO and never looked back. Yes, she is human and has her downs, not everyone achieves total control, but now she contends for the top spot instead of fighting to stay in the top ten. CONGRATS, ARYNA!!! And to Jessi, we love you, too, and we hope you win a major sometime soon enough.

Aryna Sabalenka is my favourite women's tennis player...she's so genuine, funny and such a great champion. She fully deserved the title as she always plays with such grit and determination. Her on court demeanor is so pleasing to watch...what a champion! Jessica played her part in this wonderful final and i hope that one day she will be able to win her home tournament as she is also such a great and likeable champion.
