@@drdoomgoat38 On western railway even push pull was tried Mumbai rajdhani express And Ak rajdhani express also but since its arrival timings at delhi couldn't be managed it was discontinued

There are no steep ghats in WR, so there's not really a need for it as WAP-7 can accelerate like EMU even without pushpull.

@@aniketsawant2240 Its not about ghat section, on WR it was done for time reduction but unfortunately at Delhi it couldn't be managed. Wap7 is great loco but it cannot accelerate like freight locos and emu
