Please help, I ordered an Arzopa monitor exclusively for vertical display. I bought a Z1FC and I can't achieve a vertical display at all, I don't have an adjustment in the monitor settings (it's not clear to me that they didn't add that option in the settings). It is clear to me that if it is connected to a computer, then I can set in the computer settings that the display goes vertically on the secondary monitor, but how will I achieve this when connecting to an android tablet and a mobile phone? I am asking for help again, I am very disappointed. Tnx

For Android you can use an app called SecondScreen in Google Play Store, this will allow you to configure the external DPI and rotation of external monitor. For iPhone the only way I know of is you have to screencast your iPhone display to a device that then can configure the external monitor in portrait mode.

@@dragonblogger Unfortunately, I did not succeed. I installed the app but I didn't get the display as I want. I think and I hope it's because I didn't set up the application properly. When I click on LOAD to my profile account within the application, it opens a note that I must be granted root/adb access to SecondScreen, otherwise it will not work properly. I don't know how to do it? I beg you for help. So, I have an Arzopa Z1 and I connect it to a Samsung android tablet. And I need Arzop to show me only a vertical view of the screen and that in full screen. Tnx

@@dragonblogger I also contacted Arzop, they told me that the device itself does not have the ability to rotate the screen. My opinion is that since this is an ordinary monitor that does not have a touch screen or any software, it should have included that simple function that, say, televisions have. They were very kind to me and told me that they would try to enable this option on the new models. If, for example, we connect a mobile phone to a monitor like this, which is naturally in a vertical position, I think it is logical that we can use the monitor in this way, to use the entire size of the screen and not to have a vertical display on approximately half of the screen, and if we want to watch a movie from the mobile phone then turn to landscape. This is a problem for me because I only need the monitor to connect my mobile phone in portrait mode. I used this application that you suggested, it seems to me that it rotates the screen, but unfortunately not in full screen. If you managed to do it, could you please make a video of how you did it? If anyone has a solution, thanks for the great help.

The monitor itself doesn't have portrait mode awareness it is the operating system that has to set the external monitor to portrait mode. There is no easy way to make an iPhone use external monitor in portrait mode, not without using something else with Airplay support in between. Very big limitation on the iPhone even with the USB C you can't just set it to use portrait mode on external monitors.

This is done in your Windows Display Settings, you select the monitor and under display orientation set it to Portrait.

S1 better or g1 arzopa monitor?

The G1 is 144hz and is a better gaming monitor if you have a need to output fps games or games using that refresh rate, the S1 is 60hz and I use it for non-gaming secondary display stuff which is fine for.

Explain more, you want to have 2 ARZOPA screens 1 free and 1 having a doc, or just put your doc on the Arzopa screen? Either way you manage your monitors in the Windows Display Settings and you set whether you want to extend or duplicate your main monitor to your secondary monitors. You can set orientation and all other configurations on a monitor by monitor basis.

@@fatimahassan5690I don't own or have a Mac, so I don't know how to test and troubleshoot for you on a Mac unfortunately. Though I found a document on another Arzopa model which has limited Mac Model support? cdn.arzopa.com/pdfs/EN_A3C.pdf so not sure if there is a limited Mac Model support.

I don't have a Mac, but instructions in Mac show you could How to Correctly Rotate Your Monitor Vertically Open "System Settings…" from the Apple menu. Select "Displays". Select the preferred degree of rotation from the pull the Rotation. Rotate the monitor to the desired orientation.
