Any teacher~~who are, by FEDERAL LAW, MANDATORY REPORTERS~~MUST report ANY suspicion of abuse or neglect of ANY child! If not, THEY can be found complicit in that child's abuse!! Just asking a child if they're 'OK' IS NOT ENOUGH! It's a truly pathetic school that doesn't have motion detectors in their alarm systems. Where is the kid getting food and the 'materials' for his projects? Supply closets are locked. Kitchens are locked as well and all trash is taken out after lunch. There are no free meal plans in high schools, if the parent/guardian doesn't fill out the forms proving poverty.
