As A Man, How do you deal with your Emotions⁉️

The issue of how men should deal with their emotions is a dicey one.. As men are seen as heads of the family any little show of emotion comes off as a weakness. However, I encourage every man out there to speak up. Wear that emotion on your sleeve and live life. It’s better to live now than die early.. God has got so much for us and when we seek Godly counsel, all His promises for us will be Yeh and Amen.
