I am presently a student in Malaysia, the system does not allowed student to work while studying. If you are a student planning of coming to Malaysia to study while working then don't come here better relocate to another country. If you are coming here for studies then is only studies and your pocket need to be thick.

Yes.. Ayo Tade. I guess you're right. Only if you own a business and open a branch there, then you are ok. Or go there as professional athletes, coaches etc. Or go there as college lecturers, white collar professionals and high-end carreer like doctors. Or simply go as a tourist and be a good samaritan.

@@ayotade On the other hand, Malaysia in general hosted millions of blue collar workers or labourers from all over Asia. We have millions Bangladeshis, Indonesians, Myanmarese, Vietnamese, Filipinos, Nepalese, Pakistanis, Indians, Uzbeks, Turkmenistans, and many more. I dare say that Malaysia is not racist against Africans but it's just that Africans do not want the low-end jobs.You have been in Malaysia for quite a while and I guess you'd agree on that too.

Actually, thee are 3 to 4 million foreigners living in Malaysia(if you count illegals, which are in the millions) and many are working here, so there's no shortage of jobs in this country. Unfortunately, we are not hiring anybody from African countries at this time. Maybe in the future we will open to taking in labor force from African countries( it has been suggested in Parliament many times before). Maybe one day Africans will get a better opportunity here

African or not, you can't just move "relocate" to Malaysia simply because you want to live and work there. There are various visa requirements each with a specific purpose. If you try to game the system with something like a student visa, you'll be disappointed in the outcome. Look at MM2H, it is available to people from around the world, but has strict application requirements such as financial deposits, time limits for renewal, and you must buy instead of lease property as a place to live. Malaysia has the right to control immigration.
