The NHS is broken because it is run wrongly not because of immigrants. People dont want to work as Doctors or nurses or in social care because of the system. I have actively discouraged my children from a career in healthcare within the NHS. It makes me sad as I actually work for the NHS.

Working long shifts, nights, weekends, understaffed, unsupported, not valued, incompetent managers, underpaid. He merely pointed out how disgraceful it is that there is a cap on the number of British (white, black, brown) students who can be accepted into UK medical schools, and other disciplines, because it is cheaper to recruit from abroad. This equation is nonsensical as there are economic costs to taxpayers.
