I've been to the Tampere Gaming Museum. It's great because you get to play rare and really expensive gaming machines yourself.

It's cool to see you react to Tampere. It's almost my home town and I love it. The Pispala district is especially beautiful. There are lot of wooden houses built on the steep hillsides, narrow streets and long wooden stairs. Pispala also has Finland's oldest public sauna. It's like a city of its own and there's a very cool atmosphere. Artists and all kinds of underground people love the place. I love the game museum. It has an arcade filled with vintage arcade machines and I really enjoyed Defender from 1981. There's also lot of stuff about the history of Finnish videogames and rooms that are furnished according to a specific theme. There's a living room from the 70's with a Pong console, as in the video. There's also kid's room from the 90's and videogame store with lots of retro game stuff. Finnish people have unusually low prevalence of lactose intolerance. That must be because we historically relied on the milk of cows as a nutrition source. It's the same as with the Masai tribe in Africa. Cows had an important part in our culture in general. I'm disgusted how disrespectfully especially some American speak about the cow. Cows were a sacred animal for Finns.

Just a heads up if you're dreaming of a mökki and cool Finnish summers. Some recent summers have been insanely hot, and we don't have air conditioning by default. Sometimes it has felt like being inside the house is almost like being in a sauna 😅 Of course, mökki is typically next to a lake, and that's a nice place to cool off. Ps. Can your daughter come say hi to us in another video? 😊😊

Most hard cheeses are ok and there is some lactosefree soft cheeses too.

General Electric created sometime around 1975 a small integrated circuit called AY-3-8500 (and some similarly named upgraded model followed). It contained a couple of those simple paddle and ball games (and sometimes some shooting games). Companies added their own case and controllers (and gave it some name) and made up some name of it and people have found something like 200 different versions of the same game from all around the world. So this TV game might exactly be the one from you childhood, even if it looked entirely different.

Saarihelvetti is an amazing metal festival in Tampere. it is on an island where one can only travel via boat. I recommend, the atmosphere is amazing! A&P are father and son :) Hey, mökki's are soemtimes very affordable in Finland, if there is no water pipes - and why would one need them anyway, there are lakes! :) It is very realistic to buy a small cottage somewhere and spend the summer here. That wasnt the train station, that was the city theather. They did a vlog about the Saarihelvetti festival aswell! Welcome to Tampere! kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z5rLY553YtiAeq8

I have lived in Tampere seven years now. Hah, i´ve been on date at the restaurant right side of the stream. We ate there and went to central square to have ice cream after that. In good wether people gathers along the stream in those park areas to enjoy the views, sun and beer. Those places are loaded of people. That actually is Unity hotel that is build inside of old factory building. There is also appartments in that factory complex ovned by private people. I haven´t been inside, but i´ve taken some customers there when i was still driving taxi here in Tampere. I watched long time A&P reaction videos right from the beginning. They have had so much stuff about Finland and Finnish bands over the years. Even the boy was just a kid when they started. The father is actually from Portugal and her wife is American Indian. Never seen her but i sure can see that how the boy looks like. They started doing reactions of metal music before corona time and that was second visit in Finland. This summer they were at Saari Helvetti that is translated island hell. They actually have video from the actual festival too.

That game at the museum was been played at early 80's it was called something like tv peli and this game was tennis! My friend had that and we played it often. My other friend's big brother had a computer and we played games like Mr Angry and Pyjamarama with it. Btw I'm still a gamer being 50 years old now. It always warms my heart seeing these retro games as the first generation of gamers

There are Lactose-free products. And large size shoes are usually the ones, which can end up being vintage in the stores, because not many buy them. It's the average sizes that you have to fight over, if you don't want to go bare feet. Market halls are good places to find local products and such products, which aren't sold in every store. Speaking of lactose and those Finnish sports you asked about awhile back, here's one of the few Finnish superheros; Peräsmies. Just a letter away from Superman. He got his powers after eating radioactive pea soup: "World Fart Championship 2018, Finland". Or maybe something on Tampere instead: "Tampere - History and Heritage", "How Tampere’s working to become European Capital of Culture 2026", "Rajaportti Sauna: My Fave Finnish City: Tampere & Finlands Oldest Sauna - A Look Around & Inside" and "Lanttimatkat Tampereen joulun avaus & joulutori 2019".

Hope to see an update to this "visit Tampere - cheap" :D They definetly ate well and the hotel seems very nice, but this did not show the Tampere I used to live in :D So hopefully some day we will see you react to a video where the moctails/bevvies are served as "pussikalja" on the riverbank or at Sorsapuisto, then sauna at Rajaportti, food at Tapola or Tammelantori and hotel in Hervanta :D P.S. the railwaystation was not shown, the building you thougt to be it is a theatre.

Some cheeses are naturally low lactose/lactose free due to the way they are made. Thankfully Finnish companies are excellent at labeling them as such.

What I understand lactose is like some sort fat and I have heard that some style cheese has almost no lactose, because in process of that cheese the lactose disappears almost completely.
@digitalspecter4 күн бұрын
Lactose is a sugar. Most of that gets removed in cheese making process and when it comes to most aged cheeses, rest of it gets eaten away in the fermentation process.
