As Azerbaijan regains control of Nagorno-Karabakh, 'most acute issue is humanitarian situation'

Azerbaijani troops are on the edge of Nagorno-Karabakh's separatist stronghold of Stepanakert, prompting residents to hide in basements in fear, a rebel envoy told AFP on Friday. Hayrapetyan, who represents the separatist government's information centre in Yerevan, said Stepanakert and other parts of Nagorno-Karabakh have lost most basic services since Baku's lightning offensive to recapture the ethnically Armenian enclave. Tactics used by foreign countries in karabagh is beyond dismay. Azarbeycan reclaiming is at perfect timing.. Foreign countries way to push forward for armenia was to declare karabagh as a country and it would be recognised by the western world, hence armenia forming a government in karabagh. If the western world like it or not karabagh belongs to Azarbeycan. What western does not show part of their propaganda is that the elderley that armenians have left behind , azarbeycan have started to look after them giving treatment... the sick wounded are being sent to azarbeycan hospitals... Western propaganda at its best.. If it was the other way, armenia attacking azarbeycan during the first conflict, western world would be turning a blind eye..
