I was & still am a huge fan of Adams. He is the reason I was able to fight the good fight & be where I am today. Having been in his shoes I still cannot fathom how MTV (more specifically Tony DiSanto & Michael Hirschorn) could have put him in such a dangerous situation. The show was already a dangerous situation & on top of that he wasn't in a good place physically or mentally- having to take pain medication because of the burns he suffered in the plane crash as well as medication for anxiety so he could board planes to fly all over the country for work (not to mention the depression & survivors guilt he was suffering) Bottom line, all things considered he never should have been in that situation & had he not I have no doubt he'd still be here.

I felt that also about the crash...he needed time to work on his sobriety and instead was helping others while being taken advantage of...hollywood doesn't give a shit about people just money. That crash took such a toll on him and the repercussions of that lasted to his death

@@delilasloan8914 I couldn't agree more Delila. Hollywood will chew you up & spit you out. Adam was such a real & honest guy & had a huge talent & even bigger heart. It just disgusts me that producers put him in such a terrible spot. It's like passing a match a lit match to someone who's standing in a pool of gasoline. He was a huge talent who was taken from us too soon.

Travis Barker sums it up best. “He’d play something others were afraid to play and make that shit cool somehow. The crowd would go live and it was the greatest every time.” (DJ AM - Extracted from Electric Daisy Carnival Experience)
