U can make your domicile also, u have to make application with your Husband's details, and fill your details in Benefieceiry section, add your relation with applicant as a Husband/wife. Becoz, to make domicile certificate, u have to be in maharashtra from last 10-15 years, with electricity bill or School leaving certificate. As ur husband can fulfill these requirements, it will be good to apply by your husbands name.

Sir , mein 2009 se Pune mein rehta hun but rented house mein. 3 different houses change kiya. I don't have domicile certificate. But now I want to apply for my son's domicile, he is 17 yrs. Need your help in following: 1. Do i need to apply for domicile certificate for myself first or can I apply for my son directly. 2. Residency proof: bill collector mein kya documents chahiye? Electricity bill for present address is available but in owners name, any other documents like gas connection booklet or bank statement of last 15 years will be okay? Please guide me. 3. Aadhar card etc. Mera upload karna hai ki son ka? 4. Other mandatory documents mein kya upload karna hai? 5. Rent agreement copy ya rent receipt kahin upload karna hai kya? Thank you

First of all, agar apko maharashtra ka domicile banana hai to it is must ki aap pichle 15 saal se maharashtra me residence kr rahe ho, iska proof chahiye hota hai jaise ki Ligh bill ya apka school leaving certificate 15 saal purana, but abhi aap ke pass iss me se koi bhi document nahi hai to mai aapko suggest krunga ki aap apne kisi bbi pass vale MAHA - E - SEVA KENDRA me visit kijiye, woh shayad kuch kr sakenge.....
