I have this machine but it has no driving power what can be the problem?

Check the belt.

@@rickinger1 thanks i will i have a false tensioner spring maybe i need to replace that is there something like a clutch in that spinning part could it be warn clutch plates?

@@RK-nl1hn There is a brass gear in the lower housing of the motor. That can be worn out

@@rickinger1 thank you. What is the exact location i have only seen plastick gears on the wheels is it under the clutch compartment?
