I can also imagine same scenario Rufai is talking about cause Nigeria is a country with strong individuals than strong institutions,imagine what happened in kano and rivers.Strong laws should be put in place for each to no there jurisdictions,especially on governor's cause they will sure want to misuse it to there own advantage believing they have immunity so nobody can do them anything as most stats house of assembly are all like puppets but in totality i belive the advantages of state police out weights the disadvantages

Nah never know anything of micro corruption. Nah go know now. Nigeria Army is not doing anything, if there is unrest, send the army no need for state police. Let's stop copying oyinbo ways of doing things. Use simple logic to solve problems.
