Thanks for really great video, very helpful. Only reason to use it, is pizza! It should roll through pizza super fast. Most pizza wheels are maybe easier to clean though? Im on blood thinners and theres just no way Id go near it. I saw one at someone’s house & curiously thought it might be safer than regular open spinning pizza wheel? (Aahn! Wrong!) Not worried about rolling it through a pizza pie, but cleaning the sauce and bits of toppings w/sticky cheese off after wards, I personally wouldnt risk. Id like to see someone else use it though: for both Chicago Deep Dish Pizza Pie and NewYork big thin slices. Think about a Pizza Wheel- seems same idea. I’d recommend cutting on wooden peel though, not a stone or rack- that’d surely mess up the blade.

Just looking at this knife is scary!!! You do not get the right type of leverage for cutting, because you have to push directly above the knife, which is how most beginners lose control of the knife’s direction. The only thing it would be good for is pastry, but regular knifes do just as well. 0/10

I bought this on clearance at DG. IN taking it apart one side fits in, the other doesn’t. Think I will toss it.
