As Seen on TV VHS Tape Three - Part Two 1989 A Very Early Unboxing Video

In this video filmed in June 1989, I unbox the Hoover Sensotronic Audio System 300, the world’s first talking vacuum cleaner. I foolishly sold this machine years ago but at least I still have this video to remember how excited I was when I unboxed it. It have been suggested that this is the first recorded unboxing video, but after a bit of internet searching I believe the first one was from the late 70s.

Its lovely that you were so excited and all goosebumpy. We used to celebrate our anniversary! How cute is that! At least because of the video we know it's the 10th of July. So in 5 days we have been friends for 37 years Roger. 37 years!!

Love this era of Sensotronic - they were advanced for their time, wish the talking gimmick caught on, imagine if numatic installed one into Henry 😂
